Secretarial / Admin Staff

Greswold Primary School is committed to keeping young people and vulnerable adults safe. We will be requesting a DBS check to be carried out on appointment.

Greswold is a very popular primary school in Solihull which is currently undergoing expansion from 2 form to 3 form entry.

We are looking to appoint a Clerk to the Governing Body. A good level of numeracy and literacy is essential (GCSE Grade C or equivalent). The role is 38 weeks per year, 7 hours per week based on a flexible arrangement to include attendance at all Governing Body and Subcommittee meetings, usually on Tuesday evenings between 7 and 9pm or Monday evenings between 6pm and 8pm. The position will be paid on Band B point 8-15 currently £15,246 to £17,072 pro rata dependant on qualifications and experience.

Lunchtime Supervisor

A permanent Lunchtime Supervisor is required immediately.

The position involves supervising children in the dining room and caring for them in the playground area during the rest of their lunchtime break. Hours worked are 12:00 to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive, term time only. Salary will be paid on Band A Point 7 to 11 £15,115 to £15,807 pro rata dependant on experience and qualifications.

Teaching/Learning Assistant

 

We are looking to appoint immediately a Teaching Assistant working within one of our Year 2 classes. Initially the position will be on a fixed term contract till 31st August 2018. Ideally candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in supporting Teaching and Learning or the equivalent, while a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential (GCSE Grade C). The role is part time 21.25 hours per week over 5 days inclusive of INSET days. The position will be paid on Band C point 13-23 currently £16,491 to £21,268 pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience.
