Good morning,

Today we are going to be completing Maths, English and Science. 

Maths

In Maths we are looking at weeks, months and days. Watch the White Rose video here and complete the worksheet below. 

English

We have been looking at Tudor theatres and our next unit in English is looking at Tudor playscripts. If you have finished your Tudor theatre research, perhaps you could look at Shakespeare's most famous plays and find passages from them  (or have a look at the passages i've uploaded below). Try and recite them. What do you notice about the language? Underline any language or phrases that you do not understand and try and find out what they mean. Can you paraphrase the text? This is a tricky task!

Science

In Science we are looking at bar charts and how we can display information. I would like you to create a bar chart using information about our Earth. You might want to show the population in different countries or you might want to research how much pollution each country produces. Find some data that you can show on a bar chart and write some sentences about what your bar chart shows.

Today we are going to be completing Maths, English and History. 

Maths

In Maths we are looking at weeks, months and days. Based on the work you did yesterday, can you create a set of questions for the other children in your class to answer? Think about how you might create a calendar and then ask questions about it. It would be great if you could create a problem solving or reasoning question too!  

English

Make sure that your Tudor Theatre research is finished and then you can complete the Tudor Comprehension below 

History

Next week in school we are going to be making a Tudor House. Can you do some research about Tudor Houses? What were they made of? Why? Perhaps you could draw a Tudor House and label it.
