30 Hours Further Information

All am and pm fruit snacks are provided free of charge as part of our '30 hour' offer. 

Parents are required to send in a healthy nut-free lunch box with their child each day and a water bottle.

Parents are required to provide all supplies for children's personal care needs, including nappies, pull ups, wipes and a supply of spare clothes. 

The above applies to children receiving 30 hours funding as well as full fee-paying families accessing our Mini Greyhounds provision.

Cooked lunch - £2.95

These are available for all children attending our Inset or holiday playschemes.

Paying for services

Payments can be made by using childcare vouchers, the government tax Free Childcare Scheme or ParentPay.

How to pay using ParentPay

Please log into ParentPay. You will see 'Greyhounds'. Please type the amount owed in. We will then receive the payment and update your account.

How to pay using Tax Free childcare

Please always email us a screenshot each and every time you make any tax free payment to us. Please ensure the screenshot and email includes the date, your child's name, the amount paid and the unique reference number.

How to pay using childcare vouchers

Please arrange payment to us with your voucher provider. To ensure we are aware you have made arrangements to pay, please let us know by email so we can ensure we have received it. Please let us know the date you paid, the amount and the name of your voucher company.

Regular bookings

Bookings will be added in advance to cover the next half-term. You can view/print and check your invoice and bookings by logging into your IPAL account. Payment of fees are due on the first day of each new school half-term. 

If fees are not paid by this time, an email or letter will be sent requesting payment. If we do not receive payment after this, a late payment fee will be added. Please see the Greswold Greyhounds Payment Policy.

Holiday club and same day bookings

Payment of fees must be made at time of booking.

Extra bookings

These are to be paid for at the same time as the child is booked in. Any late requests for same-day childcare must be received by 10:00am on the day requested.

All contracted hours must be paid for in full regardless of attendance. All extra sessions booked but not attended must also be paid for in full. When the school is closed for unforeseen circumstances, then no fees are due.
