Clerk to the Governing Body
Greswold Primary School is committed to keeping young people and vulnerable adults safe. We will be requesting a DBS check to be carried out prior to appointment.
Greswold is a very popular 3 form entry primary school in Solihull that has an active governing body which provides excellent challenge and support to leadership and a clear strategic vision for the future. The role of clerk is essential in ensuring the continued success of the governing body.
We are looking to appoint a Clerk to the Governing Body to start as soon as possible. A good level of numeracy and literacy is essential (GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths & English).
The role is 39 weeks per year, 7 hours per week based on a flexible work from home arrangement to include attendance at all Governing Body and sub-committee meetings, which take place every Tuesday evening, between 7pm 9pm.
The position will be paid on Band B point 3 to 5 currently £24,796 – £25,583 pro rata dependant on qualifications and experience. Actual salary will be circa £4,022 – £4,149.
