Greswold Greyhounds later closing time from September 2024
From September we are also going to be open until 6pm for after school club. There will be strict supervision of this service in terms of managing any lateness. Although the setting will be open until 6pm, all children are to be collected and off site by 6pm. I will be adding a policy/information to our website with how this will be managed to ensure that this extra opening time is of a benefit to our families but that the 6pm closing time is strictly adhered to at all times.

These are available for all children attending our Inset or holiday playschemes.
Paying for services
Greswold Greyhounds Childcare operates as a pre-payment service whereby payment must be made prior to using the service. Payments can be made by childcare vouchers, the government tax Free Childcare Scheme or online via ParentPay.
For regular bookings you will be invoiced half termly in advance. Statements and bookings can be viewed online by visiting IPAL. Payment of fees by ParentPay or vouchers must be by the first day of each new school half term along with the remaining balance in the case of vouchers. If fees are not paid by this time an email or letter will be sent requesting payment (see our Late Payment Policy for more details).
For Inset and holiday club bookings, payment of fees must be made at time of booking. If vouchers are used, proof of payment will be required before the child can be accepted.
For any extra bookings, these are to be paid for before the child can be accepted, due to certain circumstances this may be on the day of the session.
All contracted hours must be paid for in full regardless of attendance. All extra sessions booked but not attended must also be paid for in full. When the school is closed for unforeseen circumstances, then no fees are due.
