Child Care

 

Childcare Playworker

 

Greswold Primary School is committed to keeping young people and vulnerable adults safe. We will request a DBS check and references prior to appointment.

 

Greswold Primary School would like to employ 2 Child Care Play Workers on a permanent basis to work in our extended services provision.

 

Candidates must have, at least, an NVQ level 3 Certificate in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working with children and other adults, to develop a safe and caring environment, where children enjoy learning and playing.

 

The position is for 20 hours between 07:45 – 08:45 for before school club and 15:00 to 18:00 for after school club, during term time. There is also the opportunity for additional hours during inset days and holiday play schemes.

 

Salary will be paid on Band A Point 1 – 3 currently £17,364 – £18,065 pro rata, dependant on experience and qualifications.
