Other

Site Manager

  

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Site Manager, to undertake caretaking, janitorial, minor maintenance and cleaning duties. A caring attitude towards children would be a distinct advantage. The successful applicant will be expected to play an active part in serving the needs of the school and local communities. The contract is a permanent post, commencing as soon as possible.

 

The salary will be paid on Band C, currently £19,171 - £22,462, for a 37 hour week, working hours to be discussed at interview, however a split shift operates at this school and this will include some evening and occasional early morning / weekend work. The job location will be split between Greswold Primary School and Triple Crown Pupil Referral unit.

 

The successful applicant will be expected to live on site at Greswold Primary School, with accommodation available, or be able to demonstrate that they live close enough to school for the role to be viable.

 

Experience of a similar role would be preferred but all applications will be considered on merit.

 

We are currently not able to facilitate visits to the site however shortlisted candidates will be invited to visit, prior to interview, for a tour.
