Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Our class of 2018 said goodbye to Greswold with a special assembly that looked back on their time at school. There were memories, poems and musical performances for parents to enjoy. We were also delighted to welcome Solihull's mayor Councillor Nash to the assembly. Mrs Nash helped to present the yearbooks to Year 6 - a great reminder of their time at Greswold.
We wish our Year 6 pupils every success for the future and hope they enjoy starting their new schools in September.
Parents might like to watch the assembly again on our brand new Video area of the website. There is also an archive of thousands of photographs that are available until the end of August. You will need to use your child's Greswold email to log in e.g. if their name is Joe Bloggs it would be 25jbloggs@greswold.solihull.sch.uk. The first bit of the email is your child's network user name for the school network so it might be, for example, 25jbloggs1 if someone else has a similar name. The password is the password they use to log on in school. Photographs can be downloaded for personal use only. They should not be reposted elsewhere on social media.

It was a pleasure to present over 40 Silver Mathletics Awards and 11 Gold Mathletics Awards in assembly this morning. 12 children also received a Platinum Award and a chocolate orange. Our class competition winners for the most points scored were:
KS2
1st 4JW
2nd 5GO
3rd 5H
KS1
1st Owls
2nd Otters
3rd Rabbits
Owls did so well as they scored more than double the 2nd placed class in the school.
Congratulations to Hannah who is our KS2 winner and Shaylan who is our KS1 winner. Hannah's winning entry came with an assurance that Dad was standing behind her! Shaylan did well to read his book all the way down the Helter Skelter! All photos looked like the children were having great fun. Thank you very much to all who entered and all who took part in the sponsored read. You raised £227.50 to spend on new Usborne books for the classroom libraries.
Due to the hard work of Mrs Glover, Miss Ogden the children and their parents, 5GO have been awarded Master Class status for success in Accelerated Reader. Each pupil in 5GO is reading for 25 minutes on average every day and scoring 90% or more on the quizzes. This is the gold standard.
The children were awarded their badges and a class certificate in assembly, while Miss Ogden received an AR bag and Mrs Glover received an AR notebook and pen.
