Achievements galore at today's House Point assemblies

Having high expectations of yourself was the name of the game at today's House Point assembly.

With only one half term to go this academic year, Mr Hornsey spoke about the importance of everyone maintaining high expectations of themselves and each other to ensure we do the very best we can and achieve our potentials.

We hard from Lizzie from year 3 who competed in the Knowle Fun Run at the weekend and Ezra in Year 5 who contributed a short story to a competition run by Chelsea Football Club and ended up in the top 50!  This means his story will now be printed in a published book.

Owls, Cedars and Bumblebees were also awarded trophies and badges for attaining the best engagement during Walk to School Week and Oaks and Owls were given certificates for the best attendance for the half term.

St Patrick's are still ahead in the House Point Competition but only just from St David's.  Roll on next term when the value of Curiosity will be the focus.
