Mesmerizing Year 5 RE learning
Please take some time to view the marvellous Hunger Cloth designs by some of our year 5 pupils, produced during the lead up to the Christian festival of Easter last term.
The pupils had to incorporate all of their learning about the traditions and beliefs of Christians during Lent, Holy Week and Easter to design an image for a blanket, something similar to Hunger Cloths from the middle ages. Hunger Cloths were used as ways to tell the stories contained within the Bible to people who couldn't read.
