​​​​​​Dear Parents and Carers,

Below is a summary of Greswold's expectations, which were detailed in the Parent Pay letter about parking you received on Friday 7th February. 

• Only Year 6 pupils with permission can walk into school by themselves.

• Parking or dropping off on yellow zig-zag lines is illegal.

• Please don't park or drop off on double yellow lines either.

• Park in permitted areas around school, e.g. Ferndown Road, further up Buryfield Road, Park & Stride venues, etc.  

• Please display Blue Badges when parking in the spaces provided directly outside school.  Drivers who aren't Blue Badge holders should NOT use those spaces.

• Please don't make three-point turns directly outside school as pedestrians are close by and it interrupts the flow of traffic.

• Parents accessing Greswold Greyhounds should NOT use the staff car park before or after school.  Please park outside the KS1 pedestrian gates. 

• Parents collecting children from Gymnastics, Dance, COL, Tennis and Language clubs as well as choir should NOT use the staff car park.  This includes any other extra-curricular club directly following the school day.  Please park in allocated spaces off school site. This is to avoid any unnecessary accidents and to allow pupils and families greater safety when leaving the school site.  

• Please promote our School values of Belonging and Respect when travelling to and from school.
