Year 3 visit to Cadbury World
Year 3 have been learning all about rain forest environments this past term. To bring their learning to life they investigated a popular export from rainforest regions at Cadbury World in Birmingham. Of course finding out about chocolate was very popular with the children. They found out how the cocoa beans are harvested in countries such as Brazil and enjoyed a talk about rainforests. The children visited the 4D cinema then had a tour of the factory to see how the bars are produced. There was also a chance to pop to the shop to buy some chocolate.
