Year 5 go back in time to the Victorian era!
As part of their learning on the Victorian times, all year 5 pupils and staff visited Blist Hills on Thursday.
Blist Hills Victorian Town is an open-air museum located in Telford and Wrekin, Shropshire. The museum recreates the sights, sounds and smells of a Victorian Shropshire town in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
As you can see from the photos, the children truly experienced life in Victorian times for a child, including an actual school lesson!
A wonderfully immersive experience for all the children and something which we're sure will live long in their memories and help them with their future learning.
