English and Music come together for this term's very successful writing event!
All the children at Greswold (from Nursery to Year 6) enjoyed celebrating World Music Day through various lessons, leading to a writing outcome of either poetry or non-fiction.
There were lots of creative lessons happening around school ranging from Viking raps, to making musical percussion instruments and then writing instructions for them, to Year 6 leavers' poems. Some of the best work has been showcased in a fantastic display in the Reception corridor but sadly, we didn't have enough space to show off all of the fantastic writing accomplished by our brilliant pupils.
