Greswold celebrates School Games Gold and our Heathy School Award
Greswold is committed to helping our pupils to lead a healthy lifestyle. Today in assembly, we welcomed Mrs McNeal who is Greswold's school advisor from Solihull Local Authority. She was visiting to present two awards that we are proud to have achieved.
Greswold has been awarded a School Games Gold award for the second time for our participation in sporting competitions during the 2018-2019 academic year. Two children who represented Greswold at athletics events accepted the award with Miss Sumner who organises a lot of the sporting teams. We also received a Healthy Schools award for our work promoting our pupils' personal and social development including their physical and mental health. This award was received by Mrs Woodcock and two members of the School Council. Two great successes for Greswold.
