A massive well done needs to be given to a whole host of people for this week's very successful Bring and Buy Sale.
An original idea thought of by Greswold's Eco Team was brought to reality with the help of the Greswold school community and the PTA.
After a substantial amount of donations were made by children and parents, Greswold staff and members of the PTA helped to host a Bring and Buy Sale in the upper school hall on Monday after school.
In total, £336 was raised, a magnificent achievement, which will help to finance the recycling of old school text and library books by paying for the cost of shipping them to Africa. Last year's campaign to recycle books, in partnership with the charity, Books2Africa, meant about 13 boxes of books were donated and shipped to Nigeria for children to further enjoy and learn from.
Thank you to everyone involved in such a fantastic project, a perfect example of how uniquely enterprising the Greswold community is.
