Results from our recent Communications Survey

Dear Parents and Carers,

By viewing the picture gallery below, you'll be able to see the results from our recent Communications Survey.  We were thrilled that 162 parents took the time to complete the survey during Parent Consultations and afterwards, and we have spent time analysing the results.

The survey itself was an action taken from priority 3 of our School Improvement Plan for 2023-24 which focuses on:

Changing the culture of communication at Greswold so all communication is firmly rooted in our BRICKS values, especially respect.

The results were very satisfying and demonstrate that, in general, our systems of communications do work well here at Greswold.  However, extra clarification to parents about which platform to use for what query is definitely something school will look to reaffirm soon, something suggested by several feedback comments.  We are also looking at increasing how many key family members can receive Parent Pay emails in the future, as this was mentioned several times too.

Also, during next half term, Greswold's senior leadership team will be reintroducing Parents' Forum, an opportunity for parents to attend a special evening meeting to discuss matters relating to pupil, family and staff wellbeing, with communication channels being the focus of the very first meeting.  More details about Parents' Forum will be communicated soon.

Thank you again for working in partnership with school on important matters such as these, as collaborative approaches will help to make school life for pupils, families and staff more purposeful, enjoyable and memorable!
