Today marked our third House Point assembly of this academic year. Every element of the assembly brilliantly reflected how successful our school has been this term. Looking back over the events and stories from the Latest News on our school website was the perfect way to show how individual pupils, classes, year groups, sports' teams, the PTA and the whole school community had worked together, helped each other, overcome adversity, persevered, and on occasion took little steps at a time to eventually become successful in whatever they set out to achieve.
A special well done to Hedgehogs in year 1 who attained the best attendance for this half term and congratulations to Sparrows in year 3 who remain the best attended class this academic year.
However, a special mention to the children who represent St David's house team across the school. At the end of last term, they were challenged by Mr Hornsey to push themselves a little harder in order to gain more house points and help their house improve and get closer to the rest of the houses on the leader board. Not only have they achieved that but they even managed to gain the most amount of points of all four houses this half term. Congratulations children and keep up the successful work.
