Maths

In the next couple of weeks, Year 4 will be completing their multiplication check. This is to test the children on all the times tables up to 12x12. Using your times table knowledge, create a poster with hints and tips to support them in their learning and speed of answering questions.

Spellings

Revise the Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 statutory word list in preparation for a spelling test on Friday. You should be familiar with these now as you will have referred to the lists over the last couple of years.

Maths Homework

On Friday, you are going to take home the Maths SATs papers that you have completed this week. Go through them and have a go at working on some of the questions you haven't got right. If you know of a particular aspect of Maths that you need to revise, use Mathletics to help you revise. E.g. you might find looking back through your papers that you want to revise fractions to support your confidence. You can use the questions on the papers as a start, then go to Mathletics to continue your revision.
