Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Dear Parents and Carers
I have attached to this letter a useful flowchart for the process parents and carers should follow if their child shows any symptom(s) of Covid 19, once school has broken up for the Christmas holidays.
From 4pm on 18th December, when notifying Greswold of any symptoms or test results, you must use the office email account office@greswold.solihull.sch.uk as phone messages cannot be accessed. School leaders will access the email account regularly up to and including 24th December for contact tracing purposes.
If you are emailing the school office, please include the following:
Child’s name
Child’s class
Symptoms
Date and time of first symptom
Date and time of booked test (please don’t wait until after the test to email us)
Details of whether your child attends Greswold Greyhounds
Your name and a contact number
May I take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas.
Yours faithfully
Karen Scott
Headteacher
Greswold Greyhounds children were invited by our local Police to make Christmas decorations for the Christmas Tree at Solihull and Chelmsley Wood Police station. The theme was 'The Tree of Positivity'.
Although we think all our children are winners for the time and care they took, prizes were given today to the children who most impressed the team at the police station with their creations.
We are proud of our children and thank the local police for choosing Greswold children for this project and for the lovely gifts.
Well done everyone and Happy Christmas!
Greswold has been working together to learn and perform a famous Christmas poem. As we can't come together as we normally would do, each class recorded their own parts and it has been edited together into a finished version featuring all our classes from Nursery to Year 6. You can watch and enjoy the poem in the link below to get into the festive spirit.

Rudolph has arrived at Greswold proudly wearing our school badge. He is currently keeping a watchful eye on our main entrance to school but he has decided on a new location at Greswold where he can be seen more easily. Look out for him later this week or early next week.
Huge thanks to Mr Cooper, teaching assistant in Y4, for making Rudolph from one of our trees and bringing him to life.
The PTA have put together ten large and eight mini hampers from all the generous donations from last week, so don't forget to send your raffle tickets and money back in next week. It's only £1 a ticket. There's also others prizes as well, including vouchers. Thank you for your continued support.
