Children from Year 2 headed to Tudor Grange park in Solihull for a mini-golf tournament. It's another new event for Greswold and the children enjoyed a number of different golfing challenges. The weather was glorious and Mrs Howell was very proud of how sensibly the children took part in the activities. Perhaps the day will have inspired a few children to take up the sport. More pictures are available on the Extranet.
The Summer term is always busy with sporting fixtures. This week it was time for the annual Solihull Borough Sports. Our team from Years 5 and 6 did a great job representing Greswold and taking part in a range of athletic events at Tudor Grange. Well done to the team and good luck for the children who will be competiting on Thursday.
Pupils from Year 6 put on two spectacular performances of Sister Act at the Dovehouse Theatre. The children had been working with Mr Clarke, Mrs Whitehouse and the team at Langley Secondary School's Performing Arts Department to learn the lines, songs and dances to bring the show to life. After just three days of rehearsals, the children took to the stage and stunned the audience with their professional performance. A massive thank you to all the staff at Langley who made the show happen.
