This year the PTA have been working hard to raise money which goes back to supporting the children at Greswold. As a special end of term treat, the PTA had booked M&M Theatrical Productions to put on their version of Charlotte's Web for the whole school to enjoy. The children loved watching the story of Wilbur the piglet and his friend Charlotte the spider. Thank you to the PTA for funding the show and to our community who have supported the PTA this year.

  • Allotment Update

    Thu 25 Jun 2015
Earlier this year, Mrs Cooper won funding for Greswold to have a fantastic community garden created  so our pupils could enjoy growing their own food. After planting and looking after a variety of different plants over the past months, today pupils from Year 4 got to bring in the first harvest of lettuce. The fresh salad was then enjoyed by Year 6 who had been cooking themselves. We look forward to more home grown crops when they are ready.
  • Greswold Expansion Proposal

    Thu 25 Jun 2015

In February 2015, Solihull Council approved the School Organisation Plan which outlined the need to add additional primary school places due to an increasing birth rate, population growth and housing developments. Greswold Primary School is the Council’s preferred location to meet  the demand from parents living in the area and the needs of future housing development. The additional places are needed so that children living in its catchment or, those with brothers and sisters at the school can be offered a place.

More details about the proposals are available on this page.
