Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Greswold's Eco Action Group took part in 'The Great British Spring Clean' this morning by litter picking along Buryfield Road and in Coldlands Wood. They worked really hard as a team to collect 2 bags of litter.
Most of the litter we found was actually outside the front of school, near the vehicle and pedestrian entrances, therefore we'd like to remind all parents and children to be careful not to drop litter on the way to and from school.
We would also like to encourage families to get involved with community litter picking around Solihull and take part in 'The Great British Spring Clean', which continues until the 6th April. More information can be found on the following websites:

We look like to wish all of our Greswold families Eid Mubarak for today. We hope you have a wonderful day with your families.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing enhanced curriculum experiences (known as the Greswold journey), Year 5 visited St Alphege's church in the centre of Solihull on Friday.
The purpose of the visit was for the children to gain a deeper understanding of the Easter journey, re-told through storytelling, art and reflection.
The children were impeccable role models for Greswold walking to and from the church demonstrating all of our BRICKS values.
Another successful visit for Greswold.
The PTA's Easter colouring competition provided the whole school with some fabulous creations to admire. The PTA received dozens of entries from across the school and have now chosen their class winners, who will receive their prizes today.
Thank you to the PTA for showcasing the entries with such a wonderfully eye-catching display in the long corridor too!
Following Y3 Sparrows' lovely drumming performance to parents last week, it was the turn of Y4 Chaffinches to entertain our parent community this week.
All year 4 children have taken part in Wider Opportunities activities which involves learning a brass instrument. Cornets, trumpets, trombones and French horns are the instruments they are individually allocated with the children having the chance and responsibility to take them home throughout the year to practise with as well.
This morning's performance for parents was a culmination and celebration of the children's learning so far this year. A lovely performance really showcased the children's hard work and dedication and hopefully, a few children may take up the instrument in years to come.
Thank you to the Solihull Music Service who help provide such an important opportunity.
Every year, Greswold enters two teams (Y4 and Y5) into the annual King Edward's School regional Maths competition. This is very challenging competition for the most confident mathematicians from each school, with a demanding set of tasks to complete, all of which have time limits.
Although Greswold's team of Catherine, Manishaa, Talhah and Fairiss weren't able to finish in the top three positions, they still performed incredibly well against a host of other schools, some of which had even been training for such a competition format.
Well done children, you are a credit to Greswold and your families, and thank you to Mr Hobday for organising and supervising such a wonderful learning experience at such a prestigious and memorable setting.

Today marked World Down Syndrome day for 2025, a day which symbolises the triplication of the 21st chromosome, which is what makes people with Down Syndrome unique. Here at Greswold, we helped celebrate by wearing 'funky' socks, a tradition dating back to the formation of the day back in 2007.
This year's Comic Relief Day was celebrated here at Greswold with a special 'Crazy Hair' day and what a treat it was!
As always, Greswold pupils (and their families) were very creative with their hair designs and we thank our whole school community for getting involved and donating to such a worthy cause.
So far, Greswold has raised nearly £300.
Well done everyone!
